Managing Wrap-Up Categories

What Are Wrap-Up Categories?

Examples include:

  • Issue Resolved
  • Escalated
  • Sales Inquiry
  • Spam or Test
  • Technical Support

Operators are prompted to select a wrap-up category at the end of each chat session.

âž• To Add a New Category:

  • Go to User Management > Wrap-Up Categories
  • Click Add Category
  • Enter a Category Name (e.g., "Sales Qualified Lead")
  • Click Save

🛠 To Delete a Category:

  • Click the trash icon (🗑) to delete a category permanently
  • 🚫 Deleted categories will no longer be available during chat wrap-up, but existing reports will remain intact.
