Two-Factor Authentication adds extra security. Go to Profile > Security, and toggle on 2FA via Email or Authenticator app.

Setting Up Your Chat System

Log in to your dashboard and click the Install Code button in the top right.

Make sure the code was added correctly, check for ad blockers or browser console errors, and confirm that your domain is whitelisted.

Yes. Once you install the code, the widget appears instantly on your site. You can test it using any browser.

Roles & Permissions

When adding a user under Operator Management, select the role from the dropdown: Operator or Supervisor.

Yes. Supervisors can view all chats and take over any active conversation when needed.

Yes. Go to Operator Management, click Edit on the user, and select a new role.

Departments & Operators

Go to User Management > Operator Management, click Add Operator, fill in the details, assign a department, and save.

Yes, you can delete or make an operator inactive

Chat Features & Behavior

Yes. Use dynamic variables like {visitor_name} to auto-fill data in messages.

Missed chats appear in the Missed & Refused tab. Admins and supervisors can review hem.

Customizing the Chat Widget

Go to Chat Settings under Brand Customization, and use the upload options for Chat Button and Chat Logo.

In Chat Settings, toggle Enable Attachments to allow or prevent file sharing in chat.

It allows you to upload a banner that will show at the top of the chat window — ideal for promos or announcements.
