Viewing Operator Reports

Operator reports allow you to assess individual team member performance , helping you identify top performers, coaching opportunities, and trends in chat quality.

👤 How to Access Operator Reports:

  • Go to Reporting > Operator
  • Filter by specific operator from the dropdown menu
  • Select a date range to filter the data

📈 What’s Included:

Total Chats Handled

  • Number of chat sessions managed by the operator

Average Response Time

  • How fast the operator typically replies to new chats

Resolution Time

  • How long it takes them to resolve conversations

Missed/Refused Chats

  • Number of chats declined or not accepted

Satisfaction Score

  • Average customer rating received after each chat

📤 Exporting Reports:

  • Click Export to PDF to download the operator’s performance summary for documentation or reviews
