Operator Activity Panel Explained

The Operator Activity panel helps supervisors and brand admins monitor team performance in real time. It offers visibility into chat volume trends and activity logs.

📈 What You Can View:

  • Chat Volume Trend:See a line or bar chart showing how many chats each operator has handled over time (daily, weekly, etc.)
  • Activity Log

You can use the date filter to analyze specific time frames or monitor peak activity hours.
