Managing Departments

Departments help organize your team by roles or functions such as Sales, Support, or Billing. Each department can have its own set of assigned operators.

🏢 To Create a Department:

  • Go to User Management > All Departments
  • Click the Add Department button
  • Enter a Department Name (e.g., Support)
  • Click Save

🛠 To Edit or Delete a Department:

  • Click the pencil icon (✏️) next to a department to rename it
  • Click the trash icon (🗑) to delete it

⚠️ Deleting a department will not delete the operators under it, but their department association will be cleared.
