To enable real-time customer conversations, you’ll need to embed the NowChat widget on your website. This is done by installing a small JavaScript snippet.

🛠 Steps to Install:

• Log in to your NowChat account at  https://nowchat.io
• Go to your Dashboard
• Click the Install Code button
• Copy the auto-generated script

🔧 Add the Script to Your Website:

• Open your website’s source code or CMS
• Locate the file that contains the global HTML layout (commonly index.html or main layout)
• Paste the script code just before the closing </body> tag
• Save and re-deploy your website

✅ The Chat Widget Should Now Appear:

If it doesn’t:

• Check your browser's console for errors
• Confirm that your domain is whitelisted in NowChat settings
• Ensure that no ad blocker is interfering with script loading
