Dynamic variables allow you to personalize canned messages by automatically inserting information like the visitor’s name, email, or other preset values. This enhances engagement and makes replies feel more human.

You define key-value pairs (e.g., visitor_name = John) that can be reused inside canned messages like:
Hi {{visitor_name}}, how can I assist you today?
When used in a chat, NowChat automatically replaces the variable with the visitor’s actual name.
