Viewing Department Reports

Department reports give you visibility into how different teams or departments are handling chat volume, response times, and resolution efficiency.

📊 How to Access Department Reports:

Go to Reporting > Department

Choose your preferred date range at the top right

📈 What’s Included:

Total Chats Handled

  • View the number of chats managed by each department

Average Response Time

  • See how quickly each department responds to incoming chats

Resolution Time

  • Analyze how long it takes teams to resolve conversations

Missed or Refused Chats

  • Monitor dropped conversations by department

Satisfaction Score

  • Measure customer feedback submitted per department

📤 Exporting Reports:

  • Click Export to PDF to download a summary of department performance
  • Useful for team reviews, training, or sharing with leadership
