Understanding Your Dashboard Metrics

Our NowChat dashboard provides a real-time overview of your team's performance. These metrics help you monitor chat activity, team responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.


📊 Key Metrics Explained:

  • Total Operators: Number of operators added to your brand
  • Resolved Chats: Number of chats marked as completed
  • Total Chats: All chat sessions initiated in the selected time period
  • Satisfaction Score: Average rating submitted by customers after each chat
  • Response Time: Average time it takes for an operator to reply to a new chat
  • Resolution Time: Average time it takes to fully resolve a chat session

You can use the date range filter at the top right of the dashboard to view metrics for a specific period — e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly.
