Viewing Customer Reviews

Customer reviews help you understand how well your operators are handling conversations and where improvements may be needed. Reviews are submitted at the end of each chat by the customer.


How to View Customer Reviews:

  • Go to Dashboard > Customer Reviews
  • You'll see a list of past chat sessions that received feedback
  • Each review includes:
  • Star Rating (1–5)
  • Written Feedback (if submitted)
  • Date  of the session
  • Operator Name assigned to the chat

You can use the filter options to sort reviews by date.
