• Go to Brand Customization > Button Alignment
• Choose your preferred button position:
• Bottom Right (default)
• Bottom Left
• Top Right
• Top Left

• Click Upload Chat Button
• Choose an image or animated GIF that reflects your brand
• Save your changes to apply the new button
